Mixed-use courtyarded scheme consisting of 69 residential units and 7 live/work units at Lawrence Road, Tottenham. The proposal was developed as part of unified masterplan with the neighbouring site, seeking to redevelop underused light industrial sites in the heart of Tottenham into high quality homes.
The scheme is part of the coordinated regeneration of two adjacent sites designed in cooperation to an agreed masterplan. We have successfully taken the schemes in tandem through pre-application, community consultation & detailed planning.
The master plan will provide 149 new homes, new offices & live work units in a car free development arranged around a shared courtyard.
Designed by John Davies Landscape the shared surface courtyard provides communal amenity, children’s play spaces & disabled parking.
Our scheme for 67 Lawrence Road includes a seven story high building facing Lawrence Road with a 4 storey mews to the rear, and achieves a density of 860 hrh. Haringey’s Quality Review Panel was supportive of the scheme reporting that they found ‘.. much to admire in the proposals.’
